Elizabeth Smith goes above and beyond when it comes to managing her patients’ health. She truly leaves no stone unturned. For as long as I can remember, I always felt tired, fatigued, and unwell. Every time I went to a doctor, I was told everything looked fine, but I still didn’t feel fine.

Now at 60 years old, I finally have answers. Elizabeth took the time to get to the root of what was really going on and discovered I have an autoimmune disease, something that had gone undiagnosed for most of my adult life. She doesn’t just put a Band-Aid on symptoms; she listens, investigates, and treats the whole person.

A few years ago, I had been on hormone replacement therapy through another doctor, but stopped and tried an alternative with creams. It wasn’t until I found Elizabeth through the BioTe website that I got back on track and began feeling better hormonally and overall.

Elizabeth has a truly compassionate heart. She listens closely not just to the medical concerns, but to you as a person. I am so grateful for the care I’ve received at Integrated Direct Primary Care. Elizabeth has made a huge difference in my life. She gave me my life back.

I have only been Dr. Elizabeth Smith’s patient for about a year, but in that time she has been nothing but amazing. I have never had a doctor like her before in my entire life. She builds a relationship with you, actually gets to know you! I’ve had Elizabeth as my primary care provider since 2018, at a different practice. I am beyond thrilled that she is opening a practice where we, her patients, come first! I have not one hesitation as to whether I would follow her to her own practice! Finally, my insurance can no longer dictate what I may or may not need. Or what I can or can not get, even if my provider thinks it’s necessary. Before IDPC, I would have to wait weeks on pre-approvals from my insurance company. Pay astronomical co-pays and deductibles. Now, Elizabeth orders what she feels I need, I pay a severely slashed price for whatever she feels is necessary, and then I get my test scheduled! I used to pay over $800/month for health insurance through my work. The IDPC membership price is less than the cost of a gym membership or one massage. I have a very difficult medical history and Elizabeth has focused on small steps for improving not only my physical well-being, but my mental and spiritual well-being too. When I used to see my primary care doctor, I was lucky to get 2-3 minutes of their time. Now, I’m treated as if my time matters more than hers! I’m the only thing that matters when Elizabeth is seeing me. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She doesn’t miss a thing. She isn’t afraid to think outside of the box! She is kind, compassionate, and empathetic. She has been a God-send for sure!
